Area Sales Manager - North (UK)

 

The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact position with significant autonomy and responsibility. You will play a key role in expanding Lorch's market presence across Northern UK, developing strategic distribution partnerships and bringing innovative welding, automation and cobot welding solutions to industrial customers. Working closely with our distributor network and the UK team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence regional growth and business success.

In this role, you will:

  • Increase market share within your territory, by strengthening relationships with existing Lorch partners and recruiting new sales partners
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations
  • Represent Lorch at exhibitions, customer events and industry activities


What we're looking for:

We are seeking a motivated, commercially driven individual who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for technical sales.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience within the welding, fabrication, industrial equipment or capital equipment sectors
  • Strong communication, negotiation, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • An understanding of welding processes and technologies (preferred but not essential, as training will be provided)
